Why do you want to Lose Weight?


Take few moments to think why you would like to lose weight?
You are sick of your belly getting out of the shirt and slipping on your belt.
You want to hold anyone close without having a separator.
You don't want your shirt to get dirty because of your belly touching the table.
You don't find your mega size in most of the cities in the world. 
You want to look sexy in the swim suit.
You don't want to have a second chin.
You want your natural features to be clearer .
You want to look more elegant in whatever You wear.
You want to look younger,You know that You look young but You want to look younger.
You want to be sexier and feel your manhood/womanhood
You want to be physically stronger.
You have to decrease your blood pressure.
You want to decrease your cholesterol .
You want to meet new people in a new look.
You want to make your family happy.
You want to move easier
You want more energy 
You want to look great 

Take a deep breath, think positively about yourself, accept yourself the way you are and move forward. If you think you are going to make it, you will make it.
Take a moment and think, why do you want to lose weight?
