You are not who you think you are

Are you weak?
Are you sensitive?
Why do you feel hurt?
Why do you feel inferior?
You are not who you think you are!

Overreaction outbalances relationships and eats the tolerance away. It is sad that people lose their mind and hurt people who love them badly with accusations, false assumptions and bites of hate. Tolerance and understanding are the path to conflict resolution.  Whenever you get emotionally highjacked, recognize it and countdown from 5 to 1 to end it. Short circuit your anger and resentment or you will transfer them to whoever is around you at the moment . Energy doesn't fade, it converts and negative energy isn't even best transmitted via anger. It has to be critically examined and channeled properly in a healthy manner.

Every moment is a flower that you have to grow with love and understanding. Just don't assume and let go.
